Stances (sogi):

attention stance – charyot sogi
walking stance – gunnan sogi
walking ready stance – gunnan chunbi sogi
sitting stance – annun sogi
parallel stance – narani sogi
parallel ready stance – narani chunbi sogi

Heights/levels of techniques:

high – nopundae (technique is performed at eye level)
middle – kaundae (technique is performed at shoulder level)
low – najundae (technique is performed at lower abdomen level, or, at about belt level)

forefist – ap joomuk

Hand techniques:

middle obverse punch – kaundae baro jirugi
middle reverse punch – kaundae bandae jirugi
outer forearm low block – bakat palmok najundae makgi
